(182/366) A Perfect 10
June 30, 2012 – A perfect 10 on the yucky weather scale!
What a miserable June. We normally get around 229 hours of sunshine in June. This year, at June 26th, we had only reached 133 hours. Normally we see about 55mm of rain, over here we saw upwards of 100mm. We thought it was bad last year, but this year the stats show that we saw about 20mm more rain, and a mean temperature for the month of only 13.9C (a full degree lower than last June).
Hard to find inspiration and motivation on a soaking wet long weekend. So it was off to the pub!
Here’s hoping summer chooses to arrive in July…
