   Oh, blueberries and salmon were just made for each other. Whip up a fresh blueberry salsa and toss the salmon on the BBQ. They pair beautifully.

   This recipe is very similar to what I make. www.bcsalmon.ca/bcsmc/recipes/rec24_bbq_blue.pdf

   I wouldn’t use frozen berries though, too watery. Save this for fresh berries.

   I’m more a raspberry girl myself….can eat those by the truckload!

   I have to say, this macro makes the blueberries look HUGE, LOL. Square crop works well too.
