26/365 (January 26, 2011) – Garlic and shallots…they go together in just about everything. It’s a tragedy when the little copper bowl that houses these two partners in culinary crime empties… but we rarely let that happen, it’s a weekly grocery staple and the bowl is generally maintained to overflowing with garlic and shallot goodness. No vampires near our place.
