Something that usually is fleeting enough that you can miss it when you ARE home? The calla lilies in my pond are in bloom, and they have done well this year. Love these flowers.

One of my favourite flowers in the garden, these little Lewisia plants like it hot and dry. A tough call this spring, but luckily they grow well under an overhang so the rains haven’t rotted them out and they are doing surprisingly well.
